gopwin does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or JazzCash account) may apply its own transaction charges. gopwin is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. Delays during Pakistani public holidays or PSL peak periods may occasionally occur and are outside gopwin's control.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified gopwin account details. gopwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
